What’s happening on a Monday after school?
Past Clubs
Below are some of the past clubs we have ran on a Monday night.
Digital Leaders Computing Club
This club is for the pupils who are Digital Leaders. The children get a chance to learn some new skills in computing, going over the Microsoft Office package, as well as coding and making new programs and games in Scratch. The children are thoroughly enjoying the club as they are are getting the chance to recreate in Scratch some much loved games such as the helicopter game and Pacman.
Mathletics
Mathletics is on Monday evenings starting from 15:15 for one hour. Year 5 and year 6 will attend. Mr Jones will be there to help.
Fencing Club
The fencing club ran for Key Stage 2 children after school on a Monday.
The club was designed to offer a balance of fencing activities and games to improve fitness through the development of balance, speed, agility, hand/eye co-ordination and most important of all, confidence. It gave children the opportunity to learn the basic skills and techniques of fencing whilst having fun!
Cricket Club
The cricket club ran for Key Stage 2 children after school on a Monday.
It gave children the opportunity to learn the basic skills and techniques of cricket whilst having fun!
The coaching sessions were designed to give the children a good introduction to batting and bowling techniques through fun drills and games.
