For RE this term, we have been learning about the Hindu festival of lights (Diwali). We made our own divas and decorated rangoli patterns like Hindu’s would in preparation for the festival.
For our Family Service, we re-enacted the story of Rama & Sita which is a traditional Hindu story that is told each year during Diwali. We have some fabulous actors, actresses and readers in Y4/5. I’m sure you’ll agree!
